These people are thieves. I purchased 2 countertops over the phone. When I went to pick them up they didn't have it in stock. They refused to refund my money. Right now, I'm trying to dispute through my bank. Plus, they haven't answered my phone for two days. They lady from China hung up on me. All I want is a refund on something I never picked up.
