So after wasting almost 11 months of my time, their sales manager of Viridian project Yolanda Broadway juat told me that the condo will not be placed in the market, and instead it will be an 'internal' sales. First of all, I wwonder how much ethical is CB JENI's business practice of this sort, and secondly, they could've just told me about their self serving business practice, so that I could move on with other options at a lower rate in 2021.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the home. I have purchased 5+ new homes throughout the last 20 years. I have never open so many warranty issues then I have for this home. The tiling in the master bedroom was installed poorly.
