I have been to many bikes shops in many states, and CB Cycle Works is one of my favorites. Great knowledge, great service, and not pushy with sales. I was particularly impressed with Clayton’s knowledge of high end products that I have purchased and asked about, while still being very approachable and friendly to people that are less familiar with bikes that have come into the shop while I’ve been there. Clayton is the epitome of what you hope for when soliciting locally owned and operated businesses. He’s super friendly, passionate and knowledgeable about bikes, and generous with his time. His customer service attributes are the extent of his sales approach. Definitely check out this shop if looking for mtn bikes and gear.
This place is awesome. Clayton is very knowledgeable and he was willing to take the time to explain and set up bikes for me to test. Even knowing i wasn't going to buy a bike that day. They have great prices and selection. Highly recommended.
I was looking for a specific bike in size small. I found it at CB Cycle Works. Clayton went above and beyond to help me obtain the bike I was looking for. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with—an excellent experience, I would recommend anyone in the area looking for a new bike to stop in and talk to Clayton. You will not be disappointed.
Best bike shop around. They do quality work for a great price. Clayton is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Doesn’t sell you unnecessary work, just does what is necessary.
