Had a fantastic first experience at this bike shop! We went in looking for a new bike and were blown away by the level of customer service. Clayton is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping us find the right fit. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We left with a great new bike and total confidence in our purchase. My brother and I had a great experience demoing bikes from CB Cycle Works. I was on the Transition Regulator CX and my brother got Clayton's personal bike, the Pivot Shuttle LT. The bikes were set up perfectly for us. Clayton gave us recommendations of where to ride and we had a blast in American Fork Canyon! Clayton is a great one to talk to about E-bikes and mountain bikes, at least that's what we were talking about. Support these guys! They have a great shop!
Best bike mechanic, bike repair shop, and bike shop around. Clayton and his crew are super knowledgeable, they can do suspension, brakes, derailleurs, tune ups, anything you need, even ebike repairs. They even have nitrogen to do full shock and fork rebuilds. Highly recommend them over mad dog or hangar 15. Much more personal service and you get the owner working on you bike who managed multiple hangar 15’s before opening his own - better shop.
