Poor quality craftsmanship all around. No site management or direction for trades. If Logan is in charge of your project......run! One of the worst tile jobs I have seen. Electricians not capable of using a tape measure. 30k project ran months over projection. House turned over without proper cleaning. Damages to blinds, toilets, bath tub, doors, ect. They did a terrible job on my roof. Ended up leaking at ridge; they refused to fix it. I ended up with significant mold damage. Hardesty roofing had to correct the damage and Wall Crafters fix wall and ceiling. Left an attic fan unhooked. I also experienced a very high number of nails left in yard. Anyone else in this position, file a complaint with dpor and you have 5 yrs to file in court for reimbursement
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to deal with. CB Chandler completed my project last summer. Some of the photos I have displayed are during and after the project was complete. The outside work began with removing the old siding. Nothing was put in the yard to capture all the falling debris. We are still removing nails out of the yard and driveway almost a year later. This work was completed January 16, 2025. I was in desperate need of a 10' of rake flashing. I had quick results in getting that piece replaced. The two technicians that came to my home were utterly kind, friendly, respectful and efficient. They cleaned up after the job and the work performed was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend the CB Chandler Roofing Company and I rate them way above a 10.
