Absolutely brilliant service from sophie and co. From CB CARS, no question was too much and as me being a first time driver they really helped me with any enquiries i was unsure about, from asking whether it was in stock to the car being delivered, they gave excellent customer service in my opinion and even after sale they have been really friendly and helpful. 10/10 service well done you should be proud of yourselves!
From the first contact everything was perfect, Sophie could not have done more. She accommodated an out of hours viewing, a no pressure test drive and simply could not have done more to make it a seemless transaction, even going as far as sorting out taxing the car, everywhere she could she went the extra mile! Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks Sophie, I will certainly be recommending you!
