I am a 2000 740i owner. I asked them to install the timing chains and other parts. I supplied all the parts for him to complete the work without any problem. I had to carry the car back several times before they finally got it right. The shop did a poor job and removed parts from my car and installed them on a couple of their cars so they could make a sale.
