Impossible to book MOT and service that bought with my car, no one can answer on phone or online. Shame!!!
Subscribed 3 year service plan, can no longer book any appointment this year by online portal not hotline. Really regret on the subscription

Absolute Scam, I sold my vehicle here this morning (14/11/23) and was greeted with the news that my car was worth nearly £1000 less than the quote I received online.
