I bought a DS Crossback from Lakeside Cazoo, yesterday. Was really happy and excited to be getting a car as its my first one. All seemed fine on the checks we made when picking up the car, however the gentleman doing our documentation said other imperfections on the car were essentially 'tough luck' and to contact 'cazoo' about it rather than him as they were 'going bust' Either way these were not super significant imperfections on the car and so drove away. Surprised to see all these negative reviews, I have had two positive experiences with this branch, in both cases we dealt with Saima who was very pleasant and professional. In September '22 I bought a low mileage Range Rover Evoque from here and 18 months on we have covered 12,000 miles and no issues. We also sold my wife's car to Cazoo and as the car was exactly as described, they honoured the price quoted with sbsolutely no chipping away at the price which some of their rivals are well known for doing
CAZOO! PLEASE PAY THE GARAGE THAT CARRIED OUT THE REPAIRS ON MY CAR. YOUR INVOICE IS 4 MONTHS OVERDUE AND THE GARAGE IS NOW HASSLING ME! They took my car in for repairs (due to 300 point check not being done properly). Lakeside have had my car for 3 weeks, but have not replied to phone calls or internal messages from customer support, managers or senior managers in this time so no one can find out what has happened to my car. Walked into the centre and was confronted by the most unhelpful,rude lady who told to basically clear off, told me I couldn't view or pre book the car I was going to buy. From my experience, I will never ever buy a car from cazoo after that experience. I makes me wonder what they are hiding?
