And just like that, a few weeks after my below review. Cazoo have closed 15 customer service centres across the country. The Exeter centre is now nothing but a shell. Another company doing the exact opposite to what providing a good customer experience looks like. Just look at the reviews below. It was the staff who sold your business to us. The team in Exeter are an absolute credit to the company. We couldn't have been more impressed with the service we have received from start to finish. Ross and the team have always been on hand and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. Having never purchased a car online before, it felt like a step into the unknown. However, after the experience we received I wouldn't think twice about purchasing from Cazoo again.
Cazoo offered a great price. No quibble inspection and immediate payment. Very pleased, a slick process. I would recommend them.
