Such a Shame!!! I would say negligence. I thought of not giving not even 1 star. Just bought a car 2 days back .we went for pickup . While returning back not even driving 10 min distance from the cazoo centre Birmingham In the dash it started flashing. It started showing that fault in engine “stop the car”. That was more horrific when the brake was jammed on the middle of the road and stopped working. We were almost numb because not even 5 min before we got the car and that was the situation. I can only add to all the negative reviews on here about the appalling customer service. Although I'm generally happy with the car I purchased, there is a an ongoing issue with a service warning coming up on dashboard, but trying to talk to 'customer service' on the phone it is impossible to get through, email takes over a week to elicit a reply, with irrelevant advice. In addition I've not received my V5C or any confirmation of RAC membership, suspect they haven't sent the paperwork off. I have now raised a case with Citize... read more

Please avoid like the plague. If you are lucky enough to have no problems with the car you are fine. If anything goes wrong however the after sales service is absolutely shocking. Have been trying to contact for two hours a day for the last three days and still haven't gotten through. Even the company who I was told to take the car too could not get through after 30mins of waiting to get through. They called me to Try and contact cazoo, which like I said is impossible.
