Always great help when I go there
I ordered a part from this dealer and requested direct shipping to my home. The parts department person I was working with is Chase, he was excellent! Chase followed up on my request to track the incoming part, as it wasn't delivered when expected. Chase deserves an extra pat on the back. By the way I did receive my part today. I have delt with this organization in Syracuse also, they were excellent also. Highly recommend Sydenstricter.
This location is a joke especially with a manager named Emily working there!! She is nothing but rude especially to customers and her employees! I decided to not bring my equipment in due to the fact she has no customer service skills, I walked in one day and was asking questions about my problem and she was just rude like she did not want to deal with it and then I watched her talk bad about a couple of the employees! Attempted to do business with these clowns on a new sub compact. They offered half of what everyone else was offering on my trade. They are shady and take forever to return calls. Buyers beware. Go elsewhere. This place was 100 times better under Leberge and Curtis, these guys right here are crooks.
