I purchased a JD tractor from Cazenovia at this location just before SNP took over. Never once had a bad experience with those guys or at the Watertown location. I head over this week to get parts for the annual tractor service, as well as my Stihl chainsaw and Kombi trimmer. Most of the original order for the tractor was completed online. JD website states it will be ready in 2 hours. I show up at the appropriate time and nothing's ready. So I wait for them to do that. I’m very disquested with Doug and the other workers here in Canton I brought my brother down to get a zero turn mower Doug said it would be in in a week -three weeks later he gets a call iOS finally in but another week before they deliver it He said he would be down to pick it up He gets there paperwork out by door He has no idea how to drive this they were supposed to show him all that stuff and there were several workers there no one to help him load this and he is a disabled Vet with cane They came out and walked by him a... read more
Not to happy my uncle came to youse to get a zero turn mower said it would be at the shop in a week 3 weeks later get it in and then called him and said it would be another week before they could deliver so he said he would come and get it and they left his mower with paperwork outside he come to get it and Doug the sales person and other people who work here just looked at him as he pulled up to it my uncle has to walk with a cane so he try’s to figure out how to drive this thing and load it all they did is drive off and Do... read more
