Attempted to do business with these clowns on a new sub compact. They offered half of what everyone else was offering on my trade. They are shady and take forever to return calls. Buyers beware. Go elsewhere. This place was 100 times better under Leberge and Curtis, these guys right here are crooks.
Purchased a new excavator and tractor from Charlie Grant and was very happy with the sale . Charlie is the real deal and knows all aspects of the equipment he sells. After the sale is probably more important and their service department gal Emily goes over and above to get you scheduled for repairs so you can keep working . SN Partners of Canton blows their competitors out of the water !
The service is always reliable and unqestionable. However their phone system needs to be updated.Rightnow you can only avoid a long wait, if you have the extension of the person with whom you need to talk.
Walked in and talked to a parts person that new exactly what I needed and had it in stock. I will be returning every time I need parts.
