I have a well maintained, 10 yr old, X530. It needed new front tires. I also wanted the mower deck checked out. I arranged to have it picked up on August 5. I just got it back today (Aug 22). I was not told that they were 2 weeks behind on service orders until a week had passed and I called to get an update. Seventeen days without a mower in August is NOT ACCEPTABLE!
