Worst company I have ever dealt with. Not exaggerating. Broke my lawn mower twice while tuning it up. First time they took responsibility. Second time they not only took no responsibility, but told me they could not fix it because a bolt was broken. They wanted me to buy a new mower deck but it wouldn’t be there for weeks. We purchased a mower from them a few years ago, but sold it when we moved out of state. They keep billing us for maintenance on it because they failed to get the new owners information.

I called for service and was advised that letting them pick up my lawn tractor would result in faster service. I called 3 days in a row without getting a call back from the service manager even though I was assured I would be hearing from him. It's been over a week now and no call back! I always used them for yearly service. This is a breakdown situation, I had to pay a lawn service to mow. Now I have to find somebody else. Still no call back 10 days!
