We purchased a mower from them a few years ago, but sold it when we moved out of state. They keep billing us for maintenance on it because they failed to get the new owners information.
I called for service and was advised that letting them pick up my lawn tractor would result in faster service. I called 3 days in a row without getting a call back from the service manager even though I was assured I would be hearing from him. It's been over a week now and no call back!
