Before Cazenovia Animal Hospital became a VCA I gave them 5 stars, they were wonderful! But ever since they became a VCA things went downhill fast. My dog was attacked and they told me they didn’t have the staff to see him on a Tuesday at 2pm. I understand they are extremely short staffed but not being able to see long time clients that need to be seen is hard to accept. We have been with Caz Animal Hospital for the past 10 years when we first brought our Ginny home. She passed last weekend unexpectedly and they have been compassionate and caring all these years. We just recieved a condolence card hand signed from everyone in the office. We are extremely touched and so happy to have had her in their care as well as our other fur babies. We continue to look forward to visits that have been stress free with each animal's best care in mind. Thank you for all that you do!

A big thank you to Dr Donnelly and the staff for helping me get medication for my Gunther on a Saturday while on Cape Breton Island Nova Scotia ! After many dead ends we were able to have a faxed prescription filled at an Animal hospital in Sydney. It was a 2 hour drive but we could not have continued our vacation without their help.
Excellent staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. Your pet is seen at the time of the appointment, not 10, 20, or 30 minutes later.
