First meeting was great. Gave me a lot of good advice and helped me get through. We had a follow up appointment that the doctor never showed up to. I had to miss time from work for the call. Luckily I had other specialist to look after me. In short great when he shows up.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Higgins is a joke she has no idea what she’s talking about. She went against all other doctors notes and didn’t take the time to help me and listen to me or my other doctors. Please if you need a concussion dr. Look somewhere else these ppl did nothing but hurt me.
Great experience from getting seen promptly to great advice during the visit, appreciate the positive support for return to play.
I have made great progress thanks to the knowledge and care of the doctors and therapist. You can trust the Institute for your concussion care!
My family worked with Dr. Caze and his team. Dr. Caze did a great job at explaining the TBI diagnosis he made, treatment options & the recovery process . I personally found Dr. Caze extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. My family and I would highly recommend Dr. Caze.
