A year ago, I joined CAZ, and it's easily been one of the best decisions I've made. The workouts push me, make me stronger, and somehow are still so much fun. I genuinely look forward to every class and always leave with the best endorphin high. 💪✨
Gave the studio a go for a couple of months. Class times were very convenient and they definitely do their best to maximize the space that they have and you will definitely break a sweat. Shout out to the trainers Eunice and Kali for their above and beyond customer service.
Best gym ever! Talk about an extra sweaty workout! Hybrid days are my favorite with a mix of cardio and strength training! You will sweat up a storm and they reward you with cold towels at the end! Shower facilities are very nice and towels provided!
CAZ Training Club in Newport Beach is hands down the best fitness training experience! The group training classes are intense, motivating, and results-driven. I LOVE caz!! I signed up after a week of trying classes because I felt so welcomed by the staff and they workouts were intense in the best way.
