Every class at CAZ is a game-changer! The positive energy radiates from the moment you walk in, and the instructors are some of the best I've ever worked with—so engaging and inspiring. The community here is amazing, and the gorgeous studio spaces make it easy to feel comfortable and motivated. If you're looking for a studio with incredible vibes and transformative workouts, this is the place to be!

The best gym in Newport Beach! I've done the training, cycle, and sauna. All three are much needed to workout and recover! The trainers are nice, helpful, and encouraging. Check it out!!!
I can't say enough good things about CAZ Training Club! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and part of the community. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and always push you to do your best. But what really sets this place apart is the people – I've met some of my best friends here.
