Joshua Canfield arrived in time in the rain to check my propane safety. He was polite and friendly and explained what he was doing. He was quick and efficient and was finished in less than 30 minutes. Most important to me he showed me how to turn off the propane tank. I really appreciate Joshua. Ill give them a 2 for now. Not happy about how they put a lock on a certain amount of fuel on my bank account but told me it would be delivered in 10 days. I have bills to pay and the fact that they just lock up your money whenever they feel like they want to fill it is a bit ridiculous. I had bills bounce because of this preauthorization/lock on my account and I was NOT HAPPY!!! Nice, reasonable people. Good service. It is amazing that they cannot figure out how to alert you to an impending payment. A random $500 charge is not always easy to navigate. It is the only “every now and then” bill I have and Caywood Propane is the only company I pay a bill to that doesn’t alert you to an impending charge. If that could be sorted out, 5 stars.
