Nice, reasonable people. Good service. It is amazing that they cannot figure out how to alert you to an impending payment. A random $500 charge is not always easy to navigate. It is the only “every now and then” bill I have and Caywood Propane is the only company I pay a bill to that doesn’t alert you to an impending charge. If that could be sorted out, 5 stars.

Paid for propane on Friday, as of the next Wednesday, we aren't even on a delivery schedule. When we told them our tank was empty, they offered to make an expedited delivery for a fee. I still have no idea when I'll get the goods I paid for, last week.
Josh was out yesterday to investigate our propane leak. I really appreciate Josh and his integrity to do a good thorough job as well as his professionalism. It took a bit to locate it and he did. He locked out for safety, I made the repair and he will be out today to do a recheck and hopefully all is good. I also appreciate everyone’s help at Caywood with getting things handled and scheduled fast. They are always polite and professional. Pleasure to do business with. Thanks again to Josh and his Team at Caywood.
