They are less then a mile away from my home and takes them forever to deliver meanwhile my tank runs empty during a very very cold week and we have a 7 month old baby in the house, thank god we have a wood stove, these people are horrible, will be switching service! Also what a scam they charge you for a rushed delivery when I live a mile away, they wait so long the tank goes dry then they charge you to have a leak test. We shall see what the attorney general says about this!
Joshua Canfield arrived in time in the rain to check my propane safety. He was polite and friendly and explained what he was doing. He was quick and efficient and was finished in less than 30 minutes. Most important to me he showed me how to turn off the propane tank. I really appreciate Joshua. He also delivers propane to the tank as well. I appreciate you Joshua. You are an asset to Caywood propane😊

Nice, reasonable people. Good service. It is amazing that they cannot figure out how to alert you to an impending payment. A random $500 charge is not always easy to navigate. It is the only “every now and then” bill I have and Caywood Propane is the only company I pay a bill to that doesn’t alert you to an impending charge. If that could be sorted out, 5 stars.
