I bought fuel oil from them for 5 years. Right now we are going through a week long stretch where it's below 0 temps. My husband and I realized our tank was almost empty, turned down the thermostat and waited until the morning to call. I called and said that I needed to order fuel oil, like I always do. She asked my name and pulled up my account and I asked if she knew if anyone from there would be coming in my area that day or if I could be added to the route because our tank was very low. Way to treat your loyal customers. You just lost our business for good. Horribly rude on the phone and completely unreasonable. If you want to deal with a company that doesn't give a damn about their customers than go with Caywood. If you would like to be treated with respect then I highly suggest you seek services elsewhere.
