Rusty is such a honest and good person. We had a plumbing issue we needed taken care. Previous plumber could never fix the problem. Rusty came and did a diagnostic and fixed our issue in no time. He stayed late until he knew the problem was fixed and they are very reasonably priced. If you are in the Statesville or the surrounding areas give him a call!

He came and fixed my air the same day I called. He takes his shoes off when he comes in. He also is very honest shows you what is wrong. He will tell you the best and cheapest way to fix the problem. I will call Rusty from now on to fix any HVAC, plumbing or electrical issues I have.

I have had Rusty come out twice to the house now, once for our home AC unit and once for our Split unit for the garage. Both occasions, Rusty has been extremely professional and has a “ Whatever it takes” attitude to completing projects. He is very professional, Easy to communicate with, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will continue to use him as needed.
