My son was seen there today for a skin rash and cold/ flu symptoms. Pa Duc Nguyen was the provider. He was horrible. Part of the skin rash formed a scab on the corner of my son's mouth. My son told Nguyen several times he could not open his mouth very wide, but Nguyen forced it open with the tongue depressor ripping off part of the scab, making it worse and causing my son a lot of pain. “Immediate care” is a joke. Once I got into a room to see a doctor, I was still sitting in that chair for an hour before anyone knocked on the door. Covid test is $500 according to the doctor that saw me. Crazy
We went about 10 minutes after they opened on a Friday. We checked in and were seen within 5 minutes of sitting down. The receptionist was very helpful. We were seen by the nurse in 5 minutes and the provider within 10 minutes. The provider, Julie Higgins, explained everything fully and ensured we understood. The facilities are brand new and clean. A great experience overall
