They were fast, efficient and courteous to me. I went at 9 and only waited 10 minutes to be seen by a nurse to take my vitals. Another 10-15 minutes and I saw an NP who talked with me about my issues. Then I went for X-rays, waited about 30 minutes for them to be ready and interpreted, got a referral to a specialist and was checked out. All in all it took under 2 hours.
Not only was there only one person at the desk. I was sitting in the waiting room till 9am from 8:15am and siting in the chair in front of the locked door by 8:30 not moving I was first in line last 5 minutes before opening 2 people went to another door that unlocked at 9 automatically. The desk let those two people cut in front of everyone who was already there prior. I saw a provider on Thursday who did a test that took a few days to get results. They said they'd start me on antibiotics and let me know once the test came back if I should stop them or not. I've been calling for 2 days trying to find out, and every time they say someone will call me back and they never do. They say they only have one nurse on staff who just went in with a patient but they will call me as soon as they are done. I've called 5x now over 2 days with no return call.
The service was fine but the building was dirty. There are thick dusty cobwebs on all the windows and I saw three insects running across the floor
From a medical perspective, my visit for an injured shoulder was excellent. I had prompt attention, great service, access to x-rays and follow up with orthopedics. From an insurance perspective, you must know this facility does not bill as urgent care so for those like me that have a fixed copay for urgent care visits, it won't apply. They bill as a regular office visit, which cost me hundreds more to cover compared to billing as urgent care.
