It's a net to catch and funnel people into other arms of cayuga medical. There also seems to be a competency issue. Had an appointment for flue like symptoms. They latched onto my having a history of asthma and blamed that. They never tested me for anything, prescribed me antibiotics, then claimed that because I was on antibiotics I wasn't contagious.
