Our care was awful. The staff was expecting an 18 month old with a fever and in pain to perform various commands in order to take her vitals which just made her have a meltdown. 0 compassion or acknowledgement shown.

I had a very pleasant experience at Cayuga Immediate Care. The staff was friendly, efficient, and courteous from start to finish. I waited less than 20 minutes to see a provider and was out the door within an hour of arrival, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was their attentiveness. After my visit, the staff even checked on me outside while I waited for my ride. That level of care and follow-through made a strong impression. Thank you to the entire team for providing timely and compassionate care.
Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience related to an ear issue. The nurse assigned to irrigate my ear inserted the scope forcefully, causing pain. Despite my request for a gentle flush, the procedure was done aggressively, increasing my discomfort. Her rushed, pushy, and dismissive demeanor undermined my confidence in her care, and I no longer felt comfortable allowing her to continue.
