Fantastic place! A clean, neat, new facility conveniently located in downtown Ithaca. I saw Dr. John Mecenas on the fourth floor. He is kind and compassionate as well as professional and intelligent. He saw me in an excellent amount of time; not too lengthy or too short. He asked me fantastic questions as well as listened to my concerns. My experience was great I go to my appointments and they got me right in I didn't have a wait so long in the waiting room or the exam rooms which I loved and everyone was so friendly and helpful thank you
Dr. Katz was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of each option, and took the time to answer my questions.
