I went in with a torn labrum. Dr. Waters and his team were beyond excellent! He described my injury and how surgery would fix it. Dr. Waters performed my surgery, reattaching my bicep to the top of my shoulder. Hardly any pain afterwards and nis peers even marveled at his work when i came back for post op appointments. I would recommend Dr. Waters to anyone in need! Great person and great physician!
Honestly, I’d give them a zero if I could. They absolutely dropped the ball on my care - I had to wait 5 weeks for an MRI that they tried rescheduling and pushing out an additional two weeks, waited 5 days for MRI results that came in the evening after my appointment, had to call them to make a follow up appointment to discuss said results (which I already had a family friend PA review) and even then they pushed it out a week. I saw Dr. Macaulay after seeing Dr. Donohue who was very un knowledgeable and surprised he is even a medical doctor as he had no clue what was going on with my toe injury. he straight up said it’s odd my injury is lasting this long and he guaranteed it would heal in 2 months time. despite not knowing what is was! well a week later my injury got worse so I called back to be seen again this time by Dr. Macaulay who was very dismissive to wards me..
