Woman I spoke to on phone was very rude.
I live an hours drive away and found out my appointment was cancelled. MyChart sent me an email stating I had a new message. luckily I checked my email before leaving as this office does not give phone calls. I actually called them and was told that they didn't have time to call me, yet they had time to type everything into mychart. This is the second time they either cancelled or changed my appointments without notifying me. Great way to run a practice. Are you the kind of person with German like punctuality that appreciates that they walk you in 2 minutes after you arrive,come here. Dr johals bedside manner is stellar. What a refreshing experience!
I was pregnant when I started having epileptic seizures and they rushed me in to see Dr King and he took me very seriously and helped very much. Now I see Dr Correll, she is very knowledgeable and is helping find a way to treat my condition. I would definitely recommend
Almost 10 min of non stop ringing because no one is picking up a phone...trying to call for information is a bit insane. Other than that Ive had no other issues with them. They are friendly and very attentive. Update: thank you for the response, this means a lot. I understand and I would like to apologize and have updated my review accordingly.
