Cayuga Health has been a part of my team of doctor's for 10.years. Staff is friendly and professional. This visit was a follow up to radiation treatment and there was caring and concern from all. Questions answered, good advice and available as needed.
Your staff is great! Surveys not so great I get too many
They have the greatest nurses in the world but their administration sucks. I've ben going to the infusion center for almost 10 years now for treatment and the whole set up is reprehensible, lacks privacy for patients and provides zero space for nurses to work comfortably. I've been told for 2 years there would be a new infusion center and that has been a total lie. First it was January 1st, then April 1st yet still waiting. They built out 3 new locations and 1 a new building completely yet we still sit in recliners from the ... read more
