Receptionist (Angel, very ironic) is completely unprofessional and has treated my wife rudely numerous times. Not only was she unprofessional but unable to provide details related to billing questions. Negative experience as a result of this employee. Spending thousands of dollars for medical care should at minimum warrant being treated with dignity
If you have a need for a Speech therapist then Reed Baker is an excellent choice. Thorough/Understanding/Empathetic/Patient/Knowledgeable are traits that are very important and extremely valuable when dealing with patients. Reed is at the top of the pyramid and a joy to work with. Thanks for being there.
Jasamine is helping me recover from hip replacement surgery. She gently pushes me to work on exercises to keep me improving. Excellent advice and great atmosphere!
