My experience with Cayuga med rehab was nothing but positive. The staff is compassionate, empathetic and .professsoional.Anna and Lindsay are the OT and P T that worked with me for weeks as I recovered from a stroke. . Both were so kind and professional. They truly give everything they have in helping their patients recover and build their confidence.,I would highly recommend the Cayuga med pmru rehab unit to anyone.
I’m incredibly grateful for Ashley and her team for working with me so well. 🫶🏻 I went in late, stressed, and frustrated that I got the address for my appointment wrong. Ashley and her front desk team immediately jumped into action and contacted the correct location to inform them I would be late, scanned in my paperwork at her address to the correct address, and reaffirmed me that it would be okay. Her kindness and patience will never be forgotten. 10/10 would recommend this team to anyone.
