It's worth driving an hour to syracuse or binghamton. Understaffed and the staff they have can't seem do do there whole job. Dr didn't even give us a diagnosis. And they never called in my prescription to the pharmacy. After looking at my paper work there was the word error in big letters saying it was not sent to the pharmacy. Go somewhere you that will make you feel safe. Not this place. Update I called the number listed below my review twice and both times I got there voice mail both time I called before 430pm

The staff there at Cayuga was very supporter to my situation. And took very good care of me right away. I was so helpful for the whole time I was there.
