I had to go 2 nights in a row. Total of ~18 h, with many symptoms. Thus I interacted with ~20 people, and they were all amazing, except maybe one was a bit tred I saw, but they weren’t dealing with me.

save your money and go to the cortland er. i will never go back even if its the last hospital on earth. i had a tonsil abscess and the doctor said it was undrainable and said it was just mono and it will get better. i return for difficultly breathing because the abscess is covering over 1/2 my throat. again they say it’s undrainable and they can’t do anything. i get a referral through my gp (cornell health) and the doc says it’s the biggest tonsil abscess he has ever seen. if you are a women, or are a person of diverse backg... read more

Great care. I went to the emergency room and not only were they super understanding and nice, but they were all very nice and helpful. I didn’t feel judged for anything and felt like I could safely talk. This is a safe space for anything. The wait time was as expected. It’s an emergency room and other people have emergencies too. The wait wasn’t horrid, it was just a normal amount for the ER.

The people working here are kind, polite, and smart. The rooms are comfortable too. I was seen quickly, within a few minutes of getting checked in, and the doctor gave me options for my care to be continued after I checked out so I could get home sooner. Of the 4 emergency rooms I've visited in NY this one is the best.

If i could give this place a -10 rating I would. Please do not waste your time going here... go somewhere else!
