I just used this clinic twice, once for a respiratory infection and once for injuries sustained from a fall. Every person I dealt with, from reception to the nurses and doctor and technician, was professional and extremely courteous. Everything appeared very well organized and I was not kept long. I would go to them again without any hesitation.
The receptionist and nurses were very kind, and the female doctor I saw was also attentive. However I had dislocated my knee and needed to leave with a brace and none of the ones they had available fit me. They ended up giving me something with no support whatsoever simply because they weren’t allowed to let me leave with nothing. The crutches also took WAY too long to figure out. Writing this on behalf of a close friend: she arrived 15 minutes prior to closing (due to a late bus) in severe pain from a shingles flare on her leg. The PA/NP? (Not sure which one but an elderly looking woman with short grey hair) came in, audibly sighing and rolling her eyes. My friend apologized for coming in so close to closing time but had a valid reason for doing so. I had an awful experience there, probably the only time out of hundreds of medical visits that I thought the care was awful and thought about leaving a negative review. The PA simply made up symptoms and the diagnosis. When asked about the diagnosis, the PA just walked out. They didn't even perform basic tests like listen to breathing or heart for a cough. It seemed like they were mostly just interested in finishing the day.
