I've been to cayuga institute for my heart checkup
Why oh why did Cayuga Medical move cardiology to the mall? Did they even take their patients under consideration? I have severe shortness of breath, and walking from the parking lot is agonizing. Even the handicap spaces are too far away. I don't even want to go there anymore just because of that. Cayuga Medical needs another building downtown like Cayuga Park, which is so much easier.
HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION and unprofessional, easily the worst medical facility I’ve ever been to.
If I could give them a negative number of stars I would. This is by far the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. The office is run so incompetently that it's hard to get any care. And then when you do get some "care" it of such poor quality that you wish you had not gotten it. This is a shameful excuse for a cardiology office. The care I got here was abusive and dehumanizing. I would not go back there if I was having a heart attack. Avoid this place at all costs.
