Lab personnel were courteous and efficient. I was in and out quickly and the whole experience was smooth - as usual.
The PA was very nice and professional.

The girl who drew my blood tried 3 times before she could get it. I think instead of throwing these kids to the wolves, they should spend a month in the emergency room doing nothing but blood draws
