since we are very senior citizens, my wife and I both need frequent lab measurements. We've have used this phlebotomy site many times. We've never had a long waiting time. Staff has been friendly and very competent.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I came in for a blood draw that had been confirmed the day before, but when I arrived, I wasn’t in the system. My doctor’s office re-sent the order three times, but none were received. I also wasted 20 minutes entering all my information into the check-in kiosk (it lists lab work as one of the reasons for visit), only to be told by the receptionist that it wasn’t necessary—and that there should be a sign indicating that. We had such an amazing experience with taking our son here for bloodwork! He came in crying and scared. Stephanie (I think that’s her name) calmed him down while he was still in the waiting room. She knew exactly what to say and do to make him feel safe and comfortable. He didn’t fight at all when it came time to draw his blood. I’ll add that it took me 10 mins to get him out of the carseat to go into the lab because he was so scared and he was having a meltdown in the waiting room.
