I was checked in immediately upon arriving by Laura. Blood draw by Miguel followed within a couple of minutes. Miguel is an excellent phlebotomist - I never felt the needle. He’s drawn my blood a number of times over the past year - all pain-free experiences. In and out of the lab within 10 mins.
