My experience with the Cayuga ENT exceeded my expectations. Suffering for several weeks with a virus, going to the doc. office twice, 2 different antibiotics..my throat became inflamed and swollen to the point it was difficult to swallow. I called the Cayuga ENT office to see if they could get me in to see a specialist. The receptionist was attentive and I was able to see Dr. Ruparelia the next day.
