Very friendly and efficient, from intake to discharge. No pain but lots of gain! Ty to Intake person/nurse, Julie, Anita, Kat, Holly, Carl and of course Doc Brennan.
Staff were reassuring, professional and very efficient.
My wife posted a very negative review after her recent colonoscopy detailing the fact that she was fully sedated without permission when the doctor fell behind schedule. (She wanted to have the procedure done with no or limited sedation as is a normal provide in Europe and Asia.) Of course the practice responded to her review by saying “give us a call” and let us know what happened. The reality is that she did that the day of the procedure and has been ignored completely since then. Their reply was as incompetent and dishone... read more
