I purchased a Modular Home from Brooke Greenhouse at Cayuga Country Homes ten years ago. It was a complicated operation - both financially and building-wise - and my wife and I both have found Mr. Greenhouse enormously competent, accessible, and very ethical in his work. He has made himself available during periods of difficulty (normal ageing issues, etc.) very swiftly, and he always solved problems as they arose (which, at the time, he didn't need to do at all). No one answered or called back. Called 5 time and left messages. There are several other builders in the area that are responsive
We are in the beginning stages of putting a modular on our property. I had wanted to have a consultation with Cayuga Country Homes and emailed them through their website. After not receiving a response to my email I called the twice (waited a week in between calls). Both times I left a message informing them that we would like to have a consultation and requesting them to contact us. We have yet to hear from them. I was interested in getting a home from them, I called and emailed. No one bothered to call or email me back. Not worth the time. As an edit, since I can not reply to them, I have right company.
