This place gets a billion stars from me! The staff is so happy and inviting. My councilor Megan I was a little slower warming up to, just from life experiences. They have such a high turn over rate which is sad because it shows the strain that is on our mental healthcare system. I was assigned a therapist in June. I had to take two separate days off of work to go in for their Open Access hours, the first day their appointments were booked, so I had to take another day off of work to go in and hope I had a chance of being seen. In August my therapist left, my case was not assigned to a new therapist and they discharged me. I took another day off of work again to go in and attend Open... read more
