The help is horrible, I am supposed to start my classes soon and i have no idea what im supposed to do. They were supposed to contact me a few days ago and i havent heard anything from them. Why wont anybody just contact me and tell me what im supposed to do next? Im very unsatisfied with this college so far and am upset about the lack of communication and help.
The help is terrible. I called the help desk and left a message about a concern that I had. i really needed someone to just explain things and not insult me or be condescending. Sorry I didnt understand why we recieved the notice we did which is why theres a help desk and why I called it, to seek help- information and understanding! Im not sure what the womans name was but she was very rude! People at a help desk should be HELPFUL! Not condescending and rude.
I started last fall .I'm currently enrolled in the cj program ,the professors are fantastic and all are experts in there field
I did first semester online it wasn't bad, starting this semester on campus tomorrow and I'm really nervous and don't know what to expect.
Well I think that you people really should pay more attention to what you do when it comes to our veterans. In 2013 while setting through your commence. I witnessed a person take honors for being a veteran. Not only was it in the book, she chose to accept the tassel that you gave out, and stood up and was honored as a veteran. The last I knew that was a federal offense. I also know that there had to have been a form that was filed claiming veteran status. So where is the justice in that????
Pretty excited about this semester after getting more info. at orientation.
