“Dr” Eli Finkelsztein is a liability for the Cayuga Health System. He is incompetent and indifferent to concerns. No concern for your well-being, just when your next appointment is. I'm so happy to see at least one other person who had the same experience with Kari. However, I thought Dr. MacQueen was great...until he wasn't. I had some complications to an infection and Kari was rude, dismissive, and condescending. One time she had her nurse call me back 4 different times in one afternoon as the "go-between" to answer questions. Her own nurse said, "I don't know why she just doesn't call you herself.
