Cheapest and nicest place we could find in Navarre and quickly. We have a bottom unit and we don’t hear our next door neighbors, and hardly hear our upstairs neighbors. Maintenance responds quickly. We love the pools! Only complaint is we wish they were heated. Gym is nice also! Only other complaints is wish there was a dog park and when we moved in - I had to clean the cabinets, front of appliances, and toilets but this could have been on the previous tenants not the apartment complex. My boyfriend and I love living here with our 2 cats. I just wish we had a bigger closet since we got a one bedroom apartment. The staff are always friendly and maintenance is very timely.
We enjoy living here! I enjoy the gym & seeing all the beautiful palm trees around!
We love it here at the Cayo Grande Apartments the pools are amazing , the gym is so nice, the staff are friendly.
