Very disappointed by the installation team and nonexistent warranty work. These windows and doors were installed in early 2020 and Covid did mess things up. I thought I was a pretty good customer by getting 4 doors, 5 windows and 4 sets of shutters installed, but they just didn’t care. There was constant communications back-and-forth initially with myself in the company, but eventually they just stopped attempting to fix anything left. We purchased a new garden door from Cayman Windows and Doors. The quote was very reasonable and competitive. The installation was superb. The guys were very efficient, clean and left the work area extremely clean. They removed all the debris. The final product is outstanding and will last for many years.
