We had windows installed end of August 2024 - I contacted “Chad Kirby” - in regards to some issues with the way some of the windows were “patched” up. I just wanted some clear idea if this is what is expected when installing windows. I was hoping they could possibly “fix” some of the windows that genuinely looked like they were done not in the greatest quality. This company sure knows how to look after their customers! Even after 18 years they helped us out with a door issue. I highly recommend them
Slowly adding the windows needed in our home. Fair pricing, knowledgeable, local, and always on time. Had some weather stripping coming off our front windows, quickly came back and had it all fixed. Seem to have a low turn over of staff, which is uncommon these days Would not hesitate to recommend and get them back for our next replacements.
