I have been coming to this location since they opened. We started using quite a bit of chemicals at the start but are now down to very minimal maintenance weekly. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and have helped my pool look the best it’s looked in a while.
The team at Net Positive Pool in Concord NC is nothing short of amazing. When it comes to pools, they’re the most knowledgeable I’ve ever dealt with and we’ve had a pool for over 21 years. Based on their recommendation, we added borates to our pool. We now consistently have super clear water, use WAY less chlorine and other chemicals than before, it’s incredible. On top of that, they’re polite and very professional. Don’t go anywhere else.
Update: Fair is fair, I stopped by recently and they did great and massive recovery. Stock was back, service top notch and all in a true net positive experience. The change over to the new business or whatever happened is not net positive. Lack of supplies, limited staff, and service has dropped off significantly.
