Update: Fair is fair, I stopped by recently and they did great and massive recovery. Stock was back, service top notch and all in a true net positive experience. The change over to the new business or whatever happened is not net positive. Lack of supplies, limited staff, and service has dropped off significantly.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! After a few years of fantastic advice, this year Cayman/Net Positive struck out. There used to be an older man that had a ton of experience and gave sage advice. Now, it’s a bunch of kids giving advice. And their advice has our pool cloudy with seemingly no remedy unless we downs another $120 on chemicals (we’ve already spent between $300-400). Needless to say they have lost my trust. This place needs people who know what they’re doing.
