We filled our brand new plaster pool with well water in June 1st 2026. When the chlorine was added it immediately turned almost black due to a chemical reaction of the hard metals. We were concerned because it was possible to stain fresh plaster. We sought help from Net Positive and they gave us a metal filter sock an additional liquid to break up the metals and we brushed all day and the pool was sparkling and perfect the next morning with no staining. Disappointed. I was looking for a pool ladder and they had none. Odd isn't it? A pool place no pool ladders.
Gabe and John helped me with all my pool needs. They were patient with me and very helpful. They will be getting all my business!
I called 2 of their locations (retail locations) during business hours and called multiple times and nobody answered. I hate to give my business to chain stores like Leslie’s but at least they answer phone calls
