This physician didn't submit the referrals requested at the initial appointment and I was never notified. Following 5 weeks of repeated unsuccessful requests to the practice, I reached out to regulatory agencies for help. I was dismissed as a patient in retaliation, with no warning and refusal to help with documentation from that visit that I require to access specialist care.

I require this physicians help in submitting a request to my insurance company. 6 days after establishing contact I neither have any updates on the status of my request nor a recommendation on when I should call back to check.

my first visit with her came at a time when I felt completely overwhelmed, I have fell in a grave while working. She was amazed to know that I had previously had brain surgery and I was a clipped brain and he was a survivor. From the beginning, she truly listened and understood what I was going through. Dr. Johnson is the BEST doctor i’ve EVER seen!! i’ve been going to her for a couple years and i’ll never see anyone else. She’s so compassionate and reassuring & she’s helped me in more ways than she’d ever know! She’s truly a godsend and i couldn’t recommend her more!!!
