The Hair Refinery is a gem. Caylin has created a very comfortable environment, including a beverage bar with snacks. Most importantly, she is extremely talented. I have white hair, which is very challenging to match. She had 3 options of shades prepared ahead of our appointment and nailed it on her first try. A perfect match. As a newbie to extensions, she has been very patient with all of my questions and supportive with recommendations and tips.

I have been coming to Caylin for 3 years now and I am SO beyond in love with her as a human but also as an ARTIST. Truly, every time I leave I feel happy, fresh, confident - all of the things! She has a way of making you look (and feel) so natural but beautiful! She’s knowledgeable and takes very good care of her clients. I thought I had long, full hair until I decided to try out a row of extensions recently and fell IN LOVE. Highly highly recommend the Hair Refinery!
