Really bad customer service, i don’t recommend.
I do not recommend this company to buy a property, they want to charge $500 extra for any minor thing, my sister just built her house like a month ago and they told her that if she didn't place the trail skirt by today they would charge her $500 extra. They always give dates to people not knowing the situation they might be living.
Muy mal compañía yo perdí mi traila en una tormenta y meti otra y me enpesaron a molestar con cartas y les explique mi caso ino se apiada d uno aeyos solo les importa cobrar todo y además las q atienden en las oficinas son muy déspotas te contestan mal y son imparciales xq ay lotes q no cumplen con las reglas y asas personas no les disen nada
Mi experiencia con Cayetano no fue positiva. En medio de una situación económica difícil, donde la falta de empleo y los bajos sueldos afectan a muchas personas, es lamentable encontrar empresas que abusan de la necesidad de la gente. Intenté realizar un trámite con ellos y me sorprendió lo excesivo de sus cobros. Todo tiene un costo elevado, incluso servicios que normalmente deberían tener un precio accesible.
