I do not recommend this company to buy a property, they want to charge $500 extra for any minor thing, my sister just built her house like a month ago and they told her that if she didn't place the trail skirt by today they would charge her $500 extra. They always give dates to people not knowing the situation they might be living.

Mi experiencia con Cayetano no fue positiva. En medio de una situación económica difícil, donde la falta de empleo y los bajos sueldos afectan a muchas personas, es lamentable encontrar empresas que abusan de la necesidad de la gente. To live in cantera hermosa phase 1 thru 5 you will constantly have to use tower road and el dora and those 2 roads are HORRIBLE look somewhere else these lands are not worth destroying your vehicle for plus they attempt to enforce ridiculous violations onto you if youre grass is 1 inch to high 400$ fine , your house isnt pretty 400$ fine your car does t match the street atmosphere 400$ fine you took a long shower 400$ fine the people over at cayetano are HORRENDOUS people to deal with.
Horrible communication! EDITED (they responded to my review with a number thats not even in service..)(second edit… they gave me a REAL number and was zero help when I spoke to them even said they would call me Friday and send over documents I asked for…. They didn’t) They have liens on property that you are buying and don’t tell you about it. They continuously change the day on when the lien will be lifted.
