DONT BUY FROM CAYETANO! I should have read the reviews before!!!At 1st I thought Cayetano Development was so smooth to work with as 1st time buyers, but its a total scam, I bought from them back in March its been 5 months ive been sending my monthly payments and nothing but 342$ have gone down I have pay more that 6000 still owe almost the whole amount.

I’m trying to bring in a home thats gonna be remodeled. They told me I had to have the home remodeled before I moved onto the property. How does that make sense. Meanwhile there’s houses next to our property that are literal make shift houses that look so run down and unlivable, rvs & tiny homes ! not even following , requirements. Absolutely ridiculous!

The worst place to buy a property don't trust them when they say they're not in HOA they act like one take your money elsewhere there's plenty of places that sell property like them but the process is much easier trust me read the reviews before you buy.

I’m trying to move a house that was given to me on my property and remodel it. They told me I had to have the home remodeled before I moved onto the property. How does that make sense. Meanwhile there’s houses next to our property that are literal make shift houses that look so run down and unlivable, but yet they’re still there after a year. Plus my interest rate is 9.9% and only $77.00 of my $500+ monthly payment goes to the principle amount of my lot. Highly DO NOT recommend this company.

I do not recommend this company to buy a property, they want to charge $500 extra for any minor thing, my sister just built her house like a month ago and they told her that if she didn't place the trail skirt by today they would charge her $500 extra. They always give dates to people not knowing the situation they might be living.
