Everyone out there check a contract before you sign these people have on their contract that they can charge what ever they want . they are charging 500 dollars For a collection letter aside from late fees if i could have put no stars i would have this is a rip off company .

I’m trying to move a house that was given to me on my property and remodel it. They told me I had to have the home remodeled before I moved onto the property. How does that make sense. Meanwhile there’s houses next to our property that are literal make shift houses that look so run down and unlivable, but yet they’re still there after a year. Plus my interest rate is 9.9% and only $77.00 of my $500+ monthly payment goes to the principle amount of my lot. Highly DO NOT recommend this company.

No recomiendo esta compañía si te atrasas con 2 meses ellos te suben mucho de intereses, y si las personas no pueden pagar sin intereses pues menos lo k le suben ellos, y tenemos testimonios de personas k se atrasaron y aunk ya tenían el dinero de todas maneras se los kitaron, triste situación xk no saben x lo k la persona está pasando, en esos momentos
