What a special spot in Carmel! Mr. Eddie made our visit unforgettable. Not only was he extremely welcoming, but he was also incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took his time showing us around and sharing details about the pieces, which made the experience feel personal and elevated. The store itself is beautifully curated, with rare and unique furniture you don’t see everywhere, plus a stunning jewelry collection. You can tell a lot of care goes into every item. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish!
The staff was very responsive and helpful with my fireplace screen order and delivery . I was amazed at the variety and quality of goods in their shop and will be heading back from time too time.
Excellent customer service provided by Eddie Johnson. I called from the east coast, inquiring about a pair of Eglomise mirror panels with beautiful birds and branches I had come across on the internet. Eddie knew exactly what I was looking for and promptly provided photos and a video of the panels that were displayed in the store. He also followed up with shipping and delivery options. His personality and high level of customer service are commendable. A breath of fresh air. So lovely and delightful!

With three stunning showrooms—two showcasing luxury furniture and décor and one dedicated to exquisite, one-of-a-kind jewelry—this place is truly special. Eddie and the entire team provide outstanding service, making every visit a pleasure. We can’t recommend them highly enough!
