Nice clean place. Friendly outgoing staff and nursing aides were knowledgeable and caring.
Having to make the choice of moving a loved one into assisted living/memory care is hard- I’m grateful they FINALLY had availability for us 🙌 To say- We are a lot happier with the level of care, support, attention and above all compassion this staff has given would be an understatement. Thank you to all of the staff who continue to help make our loved ones life better by showing up for them with love and understanding everyday
I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility, which claims to provide “compassionate care.” Unfortunately, that standard is not reflected in the conduct of Nurse Rosita in the Memory Care Unit in Katy. Her interactions with family members are consistently unprofessional and dismissive. Medications are not administered on time by this nurse and vitals are not checked prior to giving medications—both of which raise serious safety concerns.
