These homes are poorly made, and have so many issues. The kitchen layout Does not work out if you want to have functional space. They use the cheapest material for everything and things will start to break within weeks of moving in. The builder was so rude throughout the entire process and did not want to fix issues like stains on the walls and spots that were not painted or sanded correctly .
