Un abuso total, tenía cita médica en las horas de la tarde y se que hay que avisar con anticipación pero llame a primera hora a pedir el favor que me reprogramaran la cita ya que tuve una dificultad en el trabajo, y la única solución fue que tenía que pagar $100$ dólares y que hasta que no los pague lo puedo volver a consultar. Avoid this place! Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I had the worst experience at Cawthra Health Centre. I had an appointment, but as soon as I walked in, the receptionist treated me with total prejudice, asking if I "came here by mistake" before I even said a word. She tried to send me away, pretending my appointment wasn't in the system (Gaslighting at its finest!). Nada de retrasos, tome mi cita para ser el primero a las 8:30 AM y pase puntualmente a mi consulta.
