I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff member responsible for drawing blood was clearly unprofessional and lacked the necessary skills. After several failed attempts, she was only able to collect one small vial of blood, which turned out to be insufficient for the lab to complete the full analysis. This not only caused unnecessary discomfort, but also wasted my time and delayed my results. I expected better care and competence from a medical facility. The lady that answered the phone is extremely rude. Got mad because I didn’t understand her when accent is pretty noticeable. Asked me the same question over and over. She raised her voice at me.
Fast service. Kind staff.
Went there for a doctor's appointment and for my prescription and they deliver my prescription too. Pretty happy with both service's 😊
