I was in need of urgent care for my 7 year old fur baby and decided to walk in. I saw Cawthorpe every time I drove by on Cawthra. I’m so happy I did. The clinic is cozy, nothing glamorous and over priced—very happy about that. The Vet, his Assistant and the Associate at the front were all so kind and patient with both my pet and with me. Completely incompetent and unprofessional clinic. The receptionist doesn't know what she's doing and they keep cancelling my appointment 20 minutes before the appointment. Do they not realize a car ride can be extremely stressful for a pet? I cannot believe how ridiculous this clinic is being.
After taking my cat to this vet for cheek and eye inflammation, his swelling went down almost instantly overnight after being treated with Dr Bajaj. I went home with instructions for eye drops and antibiotics and my cat looks nearly 100% healed. Thank you to this vet and all staff.
The staff and Dr. Sanjeev Bajaj. DVM are very people and pet oriented. Dr. Sanjeev. Bajaj. DVM and his team share a common goal is to ensure and promote exceptional medical pet care. Always caring and always learning.
Took our French Bulldog in for her annual checkup and shots. I showed up at 11am for our appointment and the vet wasn’t there. I had to wait 20 minutes for the vet. Before they even examined her the receptionist said I am giving Roxie some pills to take home. I told them I don’t want the pills. Then when we saw the doctor he tries to talk you into other money grabbing tests. The vet just gave her the shots.
